The FLASHWAVE 9410 Ethernet access platform provides service demarcation and a management end point (MEP) for low touch carrier-grade Ethernet services. Its unique demarcation function offers differentiated, profitable Ethernet services to customer premises. The compact all-industrial grade platform features temperature-hardened operation and a universal AC/DC power platform to serve customers at such varied sites as cell towers, outside plant cabinets, office buildings and business parks. The FLASHWAVE 9410 platform can be used to support Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF)-based services such as Ethernet Private Line (EPL), both on-net and off-net. Low-touch provisioning allows for simplified installation and remote service turn-up. The FLASHWAVE 9410 platform includes remote Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) capabilities designed to provide remote visibility into Service Level Agreement (SLA) conformance. With one Ethernet service port and advanced service definition capabilities, the FLASHWAVE 9410 platform can support multiple services over a Gigabit Ethernet or 100Base-FX optical connection. Small form-factor pluggable (SFP) optical devices address a wide range of optical fibers, reaches and wavelengths.
